- Please put 2 for quantity if it's for a couple ring.
- Engraved items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Number of characters max : 14 including spaces (may vary according to ring size)
- Please let us know the words to be engraved on each ring in the comments when viewing in the shopping cart. (Example: Men's ring : name 1 , Ladies' Ring : name 2)
Singapore
We replenish our inventory weekly. If the item you purchase is in stock, you will receive it within 3 working days. Otherwise, delivery is expected between this week and the following week.
International
Worldwide Delivery: Approx. 5 - 14 working days*
- Standard delivery applies to all products unless specified otherwise.
- Engraving may require an additional 1-2 working days for delivery.
- Engraving for Same Day delivery will usually be completed on the same day.
- Shipping times provided are estimates given by courier companies; we cannot be held responsible for any delays after dispatch.
- Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, particularly during peak periods involving shipment, customization, and production.
Taxes & Duties: If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees. All deliveries come with a tracking number. Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
